Estimated Delivery Times

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • USA: approximately 6–13 business days from placing your order to delivery, including order processing. Do not add the processing time again.
  • Rest of the world: approximately 3–12 business days in transit after processing. Tracking availability varies.

Order Processing

Orders generally take 3–5 business days to be checked, packed and prepared for dispatch. This processing time is included in the USA total delivery estimate above. For destinations outside the USA, add processing time to the transit estimate.

During holidays, promotions or other busy periods, processing may take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and appreciate your understanding during such events.

Tracking & International Shipping

After your order has been processed, our shipping company will pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur.

Delayed Delivery

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. We are unable to control shipping times and unexpected delays en route, and appreciate your understanding and patience. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days.

Delays may especially occur during the holiday season in November and December, promotions or other busy periods.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it.

If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes before your order is processed, there is a transaction fee of $20 per order.

If you reach out and we tell you it is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
